Melonie

Dr. Melonie Boone is a distinguished global executive, business psychologist, and award-winning author with over 25 years of experience across various industries. She excels in international business management, operations, strategy, human resources, organizational development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and change management. Her expertise enables her to drive growth and lead effectively through complex business environments.

Dr. Boone has partnered with organizations in sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, technology, education, and finance, among others. Her leadership has benefited companies from startups to global firms, where she has held key roles in strategy, operations, and growth planning. Her people-centric approach ensures that organizational strategies align with culture and values, fostering innovation and high performance.

Her academic achievements include a PhD in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Jurisprudence in Business Law, an MBA, and a BBA in Human Resources Management. She is also Hogan Assessment Certified and serves as an adjunct faculty member, mentoring future business leaders.

As a published author, Dr. Boone's book, HEROic Leadership: The Secret to Developing Stronger High Performing Teams Using Psychological Capital, won the 2024 Silver Nautilus Book Award. The book highlights her innovative approach to leadership and team development using psychological capital principles.

Dr. Boone is a passionate advocate for DEI, actively promoting these values in her leadership and consulting roles. She is committed to systemic change, mentoring underrepresented entrepreneurs, and creating equitable opportunities in the business world. Andrew Kamara

Andrew Kamara is the VP of Operations, where he manages the manufacturing side of Edesia, overseeing manufacturing, quality and logistics/warehouse. Andrew has been with Edesia for 13 years and has served in many different positions across the organization.

Prior to Edesia, Andrew spent two years working for Coca Cola Enterprises as a mid-level Distribution Resource overseeing deliveries, storage and distribution of a wide range of bottled soft drinks. Andrew also spent six years working for United Natural Foods as a Quality Assurance Specialist and a grocery/ repackaging Supervisor.

Andrew studied Political Science & International relations from the University of Connecticut and has an Advance Diploma in Electronics from NIIT Accra, Ghana.
